  I am a bilingual (Swedish and English) law, economics and screenwriting graduate who recently finished my position at Betsson Group as their Swedish CRM Manager in charge of their three brands; Nordicbet, Betsson and Betsafe.
  
  I managed Betsson Groups Swedish team through planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company by encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. My responsibilities included:
  
  - Deciding and implementing the CRM customer life cycle through journey mapping.
  
  - Analysing and keeping track through monitoring the customers to maximise customer lifetime value for maximum profitability.
  
  - Effective data segmentation for targeted markets.
  
  - Overseeing all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS, phone calls, email and post.
  
  - Keeping a track on bonuses.
  
  - Increasing the marketing for each brand through creativity and new unique customer journeys.
  
  Previously to my CRM Manager role at Betsson Group I was Rocket 9’s Digital Marketing Executive. I managed their Swedish marketing team, assisted the SEO manager with user friendly design, coding, search engine marketing campaigns and modifying the websites, from layout to function and supported the CRM Executive with customer support and retention marketing activities, utilising email and live chat communication channels and one to many communication systems.
  
  I was Rocket 9’s go to Swedish marketing candidate who was required to support with the updating of websites, keyword focused content, user friendly navigation, design and layout whilst handling Rocket 9’s three different Swedish Online Casino and Online Bingo brands and also assisting with the Swedish affiliates team.
  
  I made sure their Swedish and English online casino and online bingo brands were updated through unique written content. I made sure the content would rank high in google through using keywords via different search engines (Google Analytics, Pentaho & Similarweb) to attract a bigger audience of casino and bingo players to Rocket 9’s wide range of online casino and bingo brands.
  
  I created the latest advert for Rosa Casino where we got a fixed sponsorship by Big Brother. The advert was shown across the North East of the UK on metro stations, bus stops, radio channels and on Big Brother’s TV breaks on Channel 5.
  
  I have also been fortunate enough to freelance for GoWild Gaming providing them with uniquely written content, translations and copywriting in Swedish and English. I managed four of GoWild Gaming’s brands (Roo Casino, GoWild, Astralbet and WildJackpots) for both the Swedish and English market. Managing all their translations, copywriting and content writing in Swedish and English.
  
  I have a wealth of knowledge in the Digital Marketing world and iGaming industry.
